Ready to trade highways and mundane urban comforts for wild trails and discover Kenya’s Coast like never before? Join us on this epic, 9-day, 2000km expedition that skips the bustling Mombasa Highway, taking you off the beaten path through 4 of Kenya’s most iconic national parks, stunning coastal landscapes, pristine beaches and breathtaking hidden gems along the way. From the rugged terrains of Tsavo East and West to the serene beaches of Diani and Malindi, get ready for an adventure that’s 70% off-road, packed with nature, wildlife, and seaside bliss.
Explore the expansive wilderness of Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Shimba Hills, and Amboseli National Parks without the usual rush of paved roads. Encounter Tsavo’s iconic landscapes like the mysterious Chaimu Crater, the ancient Yatta Plateau, and the cascading waters of Lugard Falls. Immerse yourself in Amboseli’s grand views of Mount Kilimanjaro, while Shimba Hills adds lush greenery and serene waterfalls, like Sheldrick Falls. Plus the iconic red Tuskers of Tsavo and Amboseli! Each night, you’ll camp under starlit skies, surrounded by the sounds of Kenya’s untamed wildlife. Climb the mysterious Nzambani Rock that's said to turn anyone to the opposit gender if they go round it 7 times, enjoy full day boat and dhow cruises, snorkeling with dolphins, visit more Kenyan islands and marine parks than you have ever visited, and enjoy the most epic sunrises and sunsets!
After days on rugged trails, unwind on the soft sands of Malindi and Diani, where you’ll camp right on the beach, waking up to sunrise over the Indian Ocean. Feel free to dip in crystal-clear waters, explore tidal pools, and even visit nearby marine parks - Watamu and Kisite Mpunguti Marine Parks - for an underwater adventure. Enjoy downtime lounging on the beach, snorkeling, and connecting with fellow Nomads in a unique seaside setting. Plus full day epic Dhow cruises!
This journey takes you through rough trails, remote villages, and landscapes few get to see. Traverse the wild terrain near Mt. Kasigau, marvel at Tsavo’s sprawling savannas, and encounter wildlife in its natural habitat, cross mighty rivers, and many bridgeless Luggaas. The off-road paths are as rewarding as they are challenging, demanding resilience, teamwork, and plenty of fuel reserves.
