GOOD TO KNOW

Questions

Because private lodges and safari camps have real-time room availability that fluctuates, safaris are sold as Enquiry → Quote → Deposit. You send us your dates, our consultant confirms bed availability and creates a transparent line-item quote. Once you accept, a 30% deposit locks in your reservation.
Yes, park entry and conservancy fees are explicitly broken down in your quote based on your residency (Kenyan citizen, resident in KES, or non-resident in USD). There are no surprise hidden gate fees.
We operate customized 4x4 Safari Land Cruisers with pop-up photographic roofs, heavy-duty suspension, UHF radios, USB charging ports, and onboard cooler boxes. Every traveler enjoys a window seat.
Absolutely! Our Bush-to-Beach combinations are among our most requested journeys. Fly directly from the Maasai Mara or Tsavo straight to Diani (Ukunda), Watamu (Malindi) or Lamu without passing back through Nairobi traffic.
